Core Services

Large-Scale Manual & CNC Machining
We machine oversized parts up to 56" in diameter and 30' in length. Services include turning, boring, drilling, facing, and keyway cutting in carbon steel, stainless, alloys, and hardened materials—all to tight tolerances for critical systems and heavy assemblies.

Custom Welding & Fabrication
We perform MIG, TIG, and stick welding on ferrous metals. and Racking Storage Containers. Our team fabricates skids, platforms, machine bases, and pressure-rated components with precise fit, weld quality, and traceability.

Roll & Shaft Reconditioning
We repair and rebuild shafts, journals, and rolls to OEM specs and beyond. Services include buildup, straightening, balancing, and wear-resistant treatments. Fast turnaround for mills, plants, and industrial sites.

Short-Run & Prototype Work
We handle one-offs and low-volume parts with speed and accuracy. Whether from prints, CAD, or samples, we deliver tight-tolerance parts for prototypes, replacements, and custom builds.

On-Site Services & Millwright Support
Our field team assists with disassembly, inspection, alignment, and install. We help reduce downtime and ensure accurate fit during equipment repairs or rebuilds.

Oil & Gas Industry Services
CT Products is expanding its capabilities to support midstream, downstream, and energy equipment manufacturers. Our large-format machining and high-integrity fabrication services are tailored for pressure-rated and structural components requiring traceability, durability, and fast turnaround.

Pressure-Rated Fabrication & Machining
We manufacture valve bodies, pipe supports, enclosures, and base frames designed for high-pressure environments. All parts are built to tight tolerances and structural integrity standards suitable for field-critical use.

Skid Frames & Structural Assemblies
We fabricate custom skid systems, compressor bases, and instrument frames with precision alignment for bolt-up installation. Coded welding procedures are currently in development to support industry compliance needs.

Emergency Machining & Turnaround Support
Our team provides fast-track machining and repair of shafts, couplings, and welded structures to minimize downtime during equipment failures or planned outages.

Material Capabilities & Documentation
We work with carbon steel, stainless, and alloy materials used in pipeline and equipment manufacturing. Documentation systems—including MTRs, heat number tracking, weld logs, and inspection reports—are in progress to support compliance and customer QA programs.

Note: Certification processes for ASME and API quality systems are underway. CT Products does not claim formal certification status until registration is complete.

Government & Defense Services (Certification Pending)

Government & Defense Services
CT Products is preparing to serve U.S. defense contractors and government agencies with compliant, secure, and traceable manufacturing. Our facility in Davenport, Iowa is equipped for large-format machining and fabrication suited for prototype builds, legacy parts, and support hardware requiring domestic sourcing.

Prototype & Low-Volume Production
We manufacture short-run and one-off components for enclosures, brackets, mounts, and test fixtures. These services support defense R&D programs, legacy equipment needs, and contract manufacturing for U.S.-based suppliers.

Secure & Traceable Processes
We are developing internal infrastructure to align with Department of Defense expectations, including secure file access, part serialization, CUI (Controlled Unclassified Information) handling protocols, and long-term record retention.

Ideal Clients & Applications
We support prime and Tier 2 defense contractors, government maintenance depots, and military R&D teams that require U.S.-based manufacturing for tight-tolerance or short-run components.

CT Products is currently pursuing the following registrations and compliance frameworks: ITAR Registration, CAGE Code, SAM.gov Registration, CMMC Level 1, and DFARS 252.204-7012 alignment. These will be listed as active only upon formal approval by the appropriate federal authorities.
